  • Clinical Trial Developer
    OmniComm Systems (www.omnicomm.com) is a rapidly growing EDC Clinical Trial Software Development company in search of Clinical Trial Developers with basic HTML, JavaScript and MS SQL experience. This is an excellent opportunity to help grow our Clinical Development team and offers an environment that promotes learning new technologies.

  • Clinical Trial Administrator
    This position is responsible for the data transfer of clinical trial studies throughout the project lifecycle. Requires knowledge of MS SQL, IIS and enterprise based server technologies. Additionally, provides database support to the Technical Services team.

  • Consulting Manager / Clinical Implementation Services
    As a Consulting Manager, Clinical Implementation Services, you will help to build and manage a small, expert team of clinical business process, training, data management, and validation professionals. The Consulting Manager will be responsible for the delivery of one or more EDC adoption, change management, process improvement, training, or validation projects. You will also assist in the development of project scope estimates, customer proposals, and overall project delivery quality practices.

  • Technical Support Analyst
    The right candidate for this position is an expert problem solver and has great attention to detail. This person will use superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to obtain the necessary information to resolve customer issues and problems.

  • Mitarbeiter/In mit Englisch/Italienisch/Französischkenntnissen für unseren technischen Kundendienst
    OmniComm Europe ist ein Serviceunternehmen im Bereich klinische Software mit Hauptsitz in Flordida/USA. Als Mitarbeiter im technischen Support ist es deine Aufgabe, eingehende Emails und Anrufe von Usern aus aller Welt zu bearbeiten. Neben der Registrierung der User gehört es zu Deinen Aufgaben, den Usern bei sämtlichen Problemen mit der Software weiterzuhelfen und den Lösungsprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen aus den USA bis zum Schluss zu begleiten. Wenn Du Interesse an dieser anspruchsvollen und sehr vielseitigen Aufgabe hast, solltest Du folgende Kenntnisse auf jeden Fall mitbringen:
