Project Manager / External Clients

OmniComm is a rapidly growing commercial software vendor providing Electronic Data Capture for the pharmaceutical industry. In this flexible position you are 65% Project Manager, 25% Business Analyst and 10% Account Manager.

You will interact extensively with external clients, building and maintaining the client relationship. You will manage their initial study creation process plus any modifications once they are in production. The ideal candidate will have good communication, common sense and has worked for a commercial software company or a pharmaceutical company.

MUST HAVES

• If you have not worked for a pharmaceutical company or commercial software company please do not apply!
• Extremely adept at handling multiple priorities and projects
• The ability to translate a clients general specifications into specific ones
• Good communication, listening and understanding skills
• Background working with automated systems / high computer aptitude
• An independent worker with good follow-up and documentation practices
• A proactive and responsible leader

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience as the primary point of contact for external clients
• Experience with MS Project

EDUCATION

• Minimum 4 year college degree plus 5 years experience or equivalent
