Technical Support Analyst
The right candidate for this position is an expert problem solver and has great attention to detail. This person will use superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to obtain the necessary information to resolve customer issues and problems.
Skills Required
- Solid trouble shooting skills
- Computer literate
- Easily adjusts the message to match the audience
- Is an independent worker with good documentation practices
- Has good common sense and is responsible
Experience Preferred
- Experience with DHTML (HTML + JavaScript )
- Understanding of Client/Server architecture
- Understanding of the medical industry and/or clinical trials
- Experience providing end user support
Education
- Minimum associates degree with 2-3 years experience or equivalent
