Technical Support Analyst

The right candidate for this position is an expert problem solver and has great attention to detail. This person will use superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to obtain the necessary information to resolve customer issues and problems.

Skills Required

  • Solid trouble shooting skills
  • Computer literate
  • Easily adjusts the message to match the audience
  • Is an independent worker with good documentation practices
  • Has good common sense and is responsible

Experience Preferred

  • Experience with DHTML (HTML + JavaScript )
  • Understanding of Client/Server architecture
  • Understanding of the medical industry and/or clinical trials
  • Experience providing end user support

Education

  • Minimum associates degree with 2-3 years experience or equivalent
