Project Manager / Business Analyst
OmniComm is a rapidly growing commercial software vendor providing Electronic Data Capture for the pharmaceutical industry. In this flexible position you are 50% Project Manager, 40% Business Analyst, and 10% Account Manager.

You will interact extensively with external clients, building and maintaining the client relationship, as you work with them to manage their initial study creation and any modifications they have once they are in production. The ideal candidate will have good communication and common sense and experience working for a commercial software company or a pharmaceutical company.

Skills Required

• Extremely adept at handling multiple priorities and projects
• The ability to translate a clients general specifications into specific ones
• Good communication, listening and understanding skills
• Background working with automated systems / high computer aptitude
• An independent worker with good follow-up and documentation practices
• A proactive and responsible leader
  

Experience Preferred

• Experience as the primary point of contact for external clients
• Understanding of the medical industry and/or clinical trials
• Software company experience
• Experience with MS Project
  

Education

• Minimum 4 year college degree plus 3 years experience or equivalent
