Consulting Services / Clinical Implementation Services
As a Consulting Manager, Clinical Implementation Services, you will help
to build and manage a small, expert team of clinical business process,
training, data management and validation professionals. The Consulting
Manager will be responsible for the delivery of one or more EDC
adoption, change management, process improvement, training, or
validation projects. You will also assist in the development of project
scope estimates, customer proposals and overall project delivery
quality practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background with pharmaceutical or clinical business processes and technologies, strong communication and project management skills and experience working in a consulting environment.
Skills Required
- A proactive, responsible and entrepreneurial leader
- Extremely adept at handling multiple priorities and projects
- Working knowledge of EDC business processes including study design and build, lab data management, dictionary coding, EDC training and systems validation
- Strong customer-facing communication, listening and understanding skills
- The ability to translate a client's general specification into specific requirements, deliverables and solutions
Experience Preferred
- Strong background and experience with pharmaceutical and clinical applications and technology solutions
- Experience managing people and projects in a customer setting
- Knowledge of computer systems validation, 21 CFR Part 11 and other emerging requirements for regulated applications
Education and Travel
Minimum 4 year college degree plus 5-10 years industry experience. Location is anywhere in the United States. Up to 50% travel required.
