OmniComm Systems Signs Licensing Deal with West Coast Clinical Research Organization
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., August 6, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- OmniComm

integrated electronic data capture (EDC) solutions for clinical trials, announced today that it has entered into a
licensing agreement with a west coast Clinical Research Organization (CRO) for the use of ther TrialMaster™
solution in a Technology Transfer model. The agreement is expected to generate more than $1.1 million from
licensing, maintenance, hosting, and consulting fees for OmniComm over the next three years. It also allows this
leading CRO to expand its offering to its customers to include the latest in cutting edge technologies for electronic
data capture.
