OmniComm’s TrialMaster EDC Solution
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida – April 20, 2006 - /MarketWire/ - OmniComm Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: OMCM), one of the fastest growing companies in the EDC marketplace, announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Spectrum Pharmaceutical Research Corporation, a Contract Research Organization (CRO) located in San Antonio, TX.
The TrialMaster system, the core product of OmniComm Systems, provides Spectrum with a 21 CRF Part 11 compliant
Internet-based data and trial management solution that greatly increases the
efficiency, security and integrity of clinical research data. Founded in 1987,
Spectrum has become a trusted clinical research partner to the pharmaceutical,
biotech, and medical device industries. The most recent collaboration between
OmniComm and Spectrum was initiated by a biopharmaceutical sponsor
selecting the two companies for a planned Phase I study.
Spectrum’s President, Toby Muligan, stated, “Having worked with OmniComm in
the past, we knew they were the perfect match to satisfy our client’s high level
expectations in terms of service, price, and performance. Our client’s trials often
have very complex design requirements that go far beyond standard EDC

of both worlds in that we can deliver to our clients the functionality they desire at
a price that offers outstanding value.”
OmniComm System’s CEO, Cornelis Wit, further stated, “OmniComm is pleased

parties.”
