OMNICOMM SYSTEMS INC. EXPANDS ITS SUCCESSFUL CRO PREFERRED PROGRAMTM BY SIGNING ON THREE NEW CRO PARTNERS.

Fort Lauderdale, FL, September 1, 2009 -- OmniComm Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: OMCM.OB ), a leader in integrated electronic data capture (EDC) solutions for clinical trials, and one of the fastest growing companies in the EDC marketplace, announced today that three additional clinical research organizations (CRO) have joined its rapidly expanding partnership program, the CRO Preferred Program. The partnership allows CROs in the program to offer their clients the flexible, intuitive and robust EDC solution, TrialMasterTM, for clinical trials.
