If you need help, technical support for your trial is never more than a phone call away. We provide “follow the sun” support via our global Customer Care team located in Florida, New Jersey, and Bonn, Germany.
Staffed by 100% OmniComm employees, we operate a responsive Customer Help Desk with 24 x 7 x 365 support. You will be assigned an OmniComm Clinical Support Analyst who is familiar with your study and business objectives. Personal attention is a mainstay of OmniComm's commitment to service.
OmniComm understands that certain circumstances require special levels of support and we remain dedicated to meeting all service and support requirements.

- Live Representatives are available Monday through Friday 2 am EST to 8 pm EST. (7am GMT to 1 am GMT)
- Outside normal hours please leave a voice mail message and a call will be returned to you within 30 minutes.
- E-mail support is available Monday through Friday from 2 am EST – 8 pm EST (7am GMT to 1 am GMT). E-mails will be responded to within 30 minutes. After hour e-mails will be responded to next business day.
