Marc Eigner, CEO, has recently joined Anju and is responsible for managing Anju. As a former co-founder of Polaris, Marc is a world leading expert in pharmaceutical Software as a Service (SaaS) and data solutions. Under Marc’s direction, Polaris’ technology practice grew from a small team to become the largest pharmaceutical compliance technology group in the world, leading to a successful merger. Before joining Polaris, Marc worked for Accenture and IBM. Marc holds a BS and MS in Computer & Systems Engineering and an MBA focused on Technology Entrepreneurship, all from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Lisa is responsible for Anju’s operations and customer success. This includes, professional services to implement Anju solutions, customer support and account management. With over 25 years of experience in software, Lisa has built successful operations to support customer success in large and small companies. She has also been part in 20 acquisitions to merge operations and culture to ensure that customers are primary focus. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Information Systems.
Suhas is the key technology strategist in providing guidance, driving technology architecture, product delivery and managing hosting and IT solution for all of Anju’s solutions. Suhas is an experienced technology executive with strong expertise in enterprise architecture, product development and technology integration. As part of the Anju team, Suhas has been responsible for integrating technology solutions for over 20 acquired companies. Suhas was formerly the VP Software Services for CGI and Consultant and Engagement Manager for Tata Consulting. Suhas is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, has a master’s degree in computer science, Master of Business Administration with Technology specialization and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Accountants.
Mr. Johnson currently serves as our Chief Revenue Officer. He previously served as our Chief Executive Officer and President from June 2017 until September 2019 where he provided direction in planning and oversight of all business development, operational and technology functions. Prior to June 2010, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Development since April 2008, managing the delivery and execution of all operational activities including sales, marketing, professional services and clinical services and support. Mr. Johnson joined OmniComm as Senior Vice President of Business Development in September 2006 and was initially responsible for global sales and marketing and client services and support. Prior to joining OmniComm Systems, he spent seven years managing business development for the Oracle Clinical Applications group for the East Coast. He has more than 25 years of industry experience specific to clinical trials and electronic data capture (EDC), having held various positions of increasing responsibility for Oracle, PHT Corp., Clinical Data Solution and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Johnson received his B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Dr. van der Post has served as the Company’s Chief Commercial Officer since June 2017. He served as our Senior Vice President of Business Development from June 2013 until June 2017. He has been working in both the preclinical and clinical development arena for more than 14 years. Prior to joining OmniComm, he worked for Oracle’s Health Sciences Global Business Unit as well as Medidata Solutions. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Liverpool (UK) and his Master of Science degree from Salford University (UK). He currently leads OmniComm’s global sales and marketing teams.
Mr. Fontenault currently serves as the Company's Executive Vice President of Operations, Clinical Division. He formerly served as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer from June 2017 until September 2019. He served as our Senior Vice President of Operations from October 2014 until June 2017. A clinical data operations and data systems executive, he brings more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Prior to joining OmniComm, Mr. Fontenault was Vice President, Operations at ER Squared, providing strategic eClinical business process and technology change management and adoption services to large and small-sized sponsors and CROs. Prior to ER Squared, Mr. Fontenault was Executive Director and Global Head of Clinical Data Management and Technology at Kendle International (INC Research), where he was responsible for a staff of 500 in 13 locations worldwide. Prior to Kendle, Mr. Fontenault held positions of increasing responsibility at Bayer.
Rebecca oversees the financial reporting and treasurer functions for Anju. Working with divisional financial controllers, Rebecca provides overall fiscal controls and planning for the company. Rebecca worked closely with the Anju management team at AFS Technologies prior to joining Anju and has over 15 years of experience in the software and technology industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance.
Dr. Rollinger is Managing Director of OmniComm Europe, located in Bonn, Germany. She has oversight of all business activities of this entity. Before joining OmniComm, she was Director Clinical Services and Senior Consultant at DATATRAK. Prior to that, she served as Project Manager, CRA and Sales Representative at Medifacts International Medical Consultants, Padcom Clinical Research, Dolorgiet Pharmaceuticals and Spitzner Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Rollinger received a Ph.D. from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn in Biology and Biochemistry. She has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on clinical trial management and EDC.
